The short version

Use Swift Dictate for lawful purposes. Don't abuse the service. Pay for what you use. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Don't share your login. You must be 13 or older to use Swift Dictate.

Acceptable use

You may not use Swift Dictate to:

• Transcribe or process content that violates any law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
• Circumvent usage limits through technical means.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel any time from your account page — you keep access until the end of the current period. No refunds for partial periods.

Availability

We aim for high availability but can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may suspend the service for maintenance with reasonable notice.

Intellectual property

Swift Dictate is our product. Your dictations are yours — we make no claim to the content you produce.

Limitation of liability

Swift Dictate is provided "as is." We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We'll email you if we make material changes to these terms. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
